After  my sisters and I acquired our mom’s house upon her passing we were contacted by Vincent to see if we were interested in selling the property “As is”. At the time we had a relative living there and we were not interested to sell for a few months. Vincent respected our wishes and waited the few months before reaching out to us again. By then I had many “As is” buyers trying to contact me about our property but I chose to talk with Vincent because he was our first contact and showed us respect when we were not ready to sell. The offer Vincent made was very fair in comparison to the as is appraisal we had done at the time of our mothers passing. We were very hesitant to working with this type of sale, by not having a realtor working for us, but Vincent walked us through the whole process and put us at ease. All the closing costs were paid by the purchaser and everything was done through a legal title company. Vincent and his team worked around our schedules to view the property and get contractors in to help them estimate their costs after purchase. We were actually able to close earlier then our original contract closing date and all funds as agreed were deposited directly to my account on closing. I can’t thank Vincent and his team enough for the professionalism they showed us through the whole process which was actually less than a month from start to finish. If I had to do this again I wouldn’t choose anyone else and I will recommend them to anyone else I know in our same situation. This is why I’m taking my valuable time to write this review because if it helps another family like it did ours it will make them very happy with their sale. Once the sale was finished Vincent even called to thank me and he specifically asks me to include his thanks to my sisters as this was all a family decision through the process. Specifically thankful for Vincent and Rick but I’m sure there’s a whole team behind them. Job well done.
