Straight answers about selling your house to us.
Do you charge any fees or commissions?
No. When you sell directly to us there are no commissions and no fees. We also pay the normal closing costs. The offer we make is the amount you receive at closing, minus any existing mortgage or liens you need to pay off.
How do you determine the price you offer?
We look at the location, recent comparable sales, the condition of the house and the repairs it needs. We aim to make a fair offer that works for you and still makes sense for us as investors, and we're happy to walk you through how we got to the number.
Am I obligated to accept your offer?
Not at all. Our offers come with no obligation. Take it or leave it. You've got nothing to lose by asking.
How fast can you close?
In as little as 7 days in many cases, because we pay cash and don't rely on bank financing. If you need more time, we close on the date you choose.
Do I need to make repairs or clean the house?
No. We buy houses as-is, in any condition. You can leave behind anything you don't want and we'll take care of it.
What if the house has tenants?
That's fine. We buy rental properties with tenants in place, including tenants who aren't paying.
I'm behind on payments or facing foreclosure. Can you still help?

Are you real estate agents?
No. We are real estate investors who buy properties directly for our own account. We don't list houses and we don't charge commissions.
